Delivery will be by post or courier at our discretion and is expected to take between 2 - 7 days, once despatched.

We will endeavor to deliver your order between 24 - 48  hours, however we may need to order in a product from one of our suppliers which may take longer.  In such cases will will continually keep you informed via email or telephone.

Delivery FAQ's

Where can I have my goods delivered?

You can choose to have your goods delivered to an alternative address to your home, if you wish. Please be aware that we will require a signature on delivery, so it may be more convenient to have the delivery made to your place of work or a friend, if no one is available at home to sign.

How long does it take to despatch my order?

We aim to despatch orders the same day as the order is placed, if ordered before 1pm and we have stock of the items. (You will be contacted if this is the case).  If ordered after 1pm. the order will be dispatched next working day after the order has been placed, if the items are in stock, however at times of high demand this can increase to between 5 to 7 working days.

We carry an extensive range of stock in our shop at Tally Ho Farm but occasionally items do go out of stock. If an item is out of stock we will email or telephone you to inform you when your order will be sent.

I live outside of the UK, can I buy goods from you?

We supply many customers outside of the UK and we're always pleased to receive more export business. All of our prices include UK VAT - currently at 20%. If you are a business inside of the EU, you may be able to claim back this VAT from your local tax office - please check with them for details. We are unable to remove VAT from our online order process.


FREE AND EASY RETURNS

Obviously, we want you to be happy with what you have purchased from us, however, if you change your mind or are not satisfied with the quality of our products then please return your items within 30 days of purchase.

THE PROCEDURE

In order to provide an easy to use and efficient returns service we are providing you with a link to DPD’s Pickup Returns Portal. If your returned items are lost or damaged whilst being returned to us, please do not contact DPD as your contract for the return is with us and not DPD.

Please enter your order number and email address on the DPD link above and complete the Purchase Details.

You can then select to generate a QR Code which you can take to your local DPD Pickup shop along with your parcel and they can print a label for the package on site. Alternatively you can select to print the label yourself and then drop the parcel at your local DPD Pickup shop with the label attached.

You can drop your returned parcels directly at your chosen DPD Pickup shop. Simply choose your most convenient pick-up point from the location finder and drop it off. You'll receive a receipt for your return and if you provide your mobile number then DPD will keep you updated on tracking your return during the whole journey back to us.

Please make sure the returned products are unsoiled/unused and in the original packaging, so that we can sell it to someone else.  Not doing so will affect the refund if any applying. Once the product is returned we will either issue a full refund or a replacement product if you so advise us.

The following products are Non-returnable

Special Order (Personalised or Bespoke) Items
All items ordered in specially, such as those sourced outside our usual stock range, are non-returnable. If you do purchase a 'special order' item you will be informed by email when we process your order.

Clearance/Sale Bargains
Clearance bargains are end of line stock or ex-display and are very competitively priced to clear therefore they are non-returnable and non-refundable.
