Delivery Options

Mainland UK 

FREE UK Mainland Next Day Delivery with DPD

  • This service is ONLY available if ordered before 1pm
  • No minimum spend required
  • In rare occasions, we may not have stock of your order, therefore delivery may take between 5-7 working days
  • Next Day Delivery does not include weekend delivery.  Orders placed on Friday before 1pm, will be delivered on Monday.
  • On the day of dispatch you'll get an email from DPD confirming delivery.  You can change the delivery time on this email.  
  • When the package is out for delivery, you'll recieve a text message notification that your parcel will be delivered within a 2 hour time window
  • DPD operates a 'signed for' service and unless instructed in the delivery instructions on checkout, DPD will try to make the delivery 3 times, before sending it back to Tally Ho Farm at cost to the customer of £8.00 

WEEKEND UK Mainland Delivery with DPD

  • Costs £8.00 which needs to be selected on the Delivery options tab on the checkout page on Friday before 1pm.
  • Needs to be ordered before 1pm on the last Friday before the weekend.
  • Only applies to Mainland UK 
  • If we do not have the item in stock and the delivery time extends, then you'll be reimbursed the £8.00 fee
  • Once dispatched DPD will send out an email for you to choose either a Saturday or Sunday delivery. 
  • A text will be sent on the day of delivery specifying a time frame.

Delivery will be by post or courier at our discretion and is expected to take between 2 - 4 days, once despatched.

We will endeavor to deliver your order between 24 - 48  hours, however rarely we need to order in a product from one of our suppliers which may take longer.  In such cases will will continually keep you informed via email or telephone.

For items which are required more urgently please ring for further details and options.

Deliveries to mainland Europe

Delivery to mainland Europe have a flat rate charge of £20 for deliveries up to 30Kg, if your order exceeds this weight you will be informed before your order is processed by email or telephone.

Deliveries to the rest of the World

Please ring or email for delivery costs to other parts of the world not covered above.

Where can I have my goods delivered?

You can choose to have your goods delivered to an alternative address to your home, if you wish. Please be aware that we will require a signature on delivery, so it may be more convenient to have the delivery made to your place of work or a friend, if no one is available at home to sign.

How long does it take to despatch my order?

We aim to despatch orders the same day as the order is placed, if ordered before 1pm and we have stock of the items. (You will be contacted if this is the case).  If ordered after 1pm. the order will be dispatched next working day after the order has been placed, if the items are in stock, however at times of high demand this can increase to between 5 to 7 working days.

We carry an extensive range of stock in our shop at Tally Ho Farm but occasionally items do go out of stock. If an item is out of stock we will email or telephone you to inform you when your order will be sent.

I live outside of the UK, can I buy goods from you?

We supply many customers outside of the UK and we're always pleased to receive more export business. All of our prices include UK VAT - currently at 20%. If you are a business inside of the EU, you may be able to claim back this VAT from your local tax office - please check with them for details. We are unable to remove VAT from our online order process.

 

RETURNS

Obviously we want you to be happy with what you have purchased from us, however, if you change your mind or are not satisfied with the quality of our products then please notify us within 8 working days from arrival of your order

Please make sure the returned products are unsoiled/unused and in the original packaging, so that we can sell it to someone else.  Not doing so will affect the refund if any applying.  Once the product is returned we will either issue a full refund or a replacement product if you so advise us.  We do not pay for return delivery costs of any return, except in circumstances detailed below:

  • Faulty or Damaged Items (We endeavour to send out 100% quality products, however sometimes the odd product slips through the net) 
  • Dispatch Error (Rarely we may show an outdated product image or due to human error send out the wrong product.  We are really sorry when this happens!)

We will instruct you to return the products either through your local postal service or a nearby DPD collection shop.  If the latter, a DPD return label will be sent to your email address and paid for my Tally Ho Farm.  If the former, then please scan and send a copy of your delivery costs to onlinesales@tallyhofarm.co.uk.  Once we recieve the return, we'll refund the product and the delivery costs.

It is your responsibility to obtain proof of postage as should a returned parcel become damaged or lost we do not compensate. You will be responsible for the cost of returning cancelled or unwanted goods.

The following products are Non-returnable

Special Order (Personalised or Bespoke) Items
All items ordered in specially, such as those sourced outside our usual stock range, are non-returnable. If you do purchase a 'special order' item you will be informed by email when we process your order.

Clearance/Sale Bargains
Clearance bargains are end of line stock or ex-display and are very competitively priced to clear therefore they are non-returnable and non-refundable. These items are clearly marked non-refundable on the product pages.
