What does it cost?

Within the UK
Shipping is free. The exception to this rule is for remote parts of the U.K. The following postcodes are considered remote by our courier:

Delivery will be by post or courier at our discretion and is expected to take between 2 - 4 days, once despatched.

Deliveries to mainland Europe
Delivery to mainland Europe have a flat rate charge of £20 for deliveries up to 30Kg, if your order exceeds this weight you will be informed before your order is processed.

Deliveries to the rest of the World
Please ring or email for delivery costs to other parts of the world not covered above.

Where can I have my goods delivered?
You can choose to have your goods delivered to an alternative address to your home, if you wish. Please be aware that we will require a signature on delivery, so it may be more convenient to have the delivery made to your place of work or a friend, if no one is available at home to sign.

How long does it take to despatch my order?
We aim to despatch orders the next working day after the order has been placed, if the items are in stock, however at times of high demand this can increase to between 5 to 7 working days. We carry an extensive range of stock in our shop at Tally Ho Farm but occasionally items do go out of stock. If an item is out of stock we will email or telephone you to inform you when your order will be sent.

I live outside of the UK, can I buy goods from you?
We supply many customers outside of the UK and we're always pleased to receive more export business. All of our prices include UK VAT - currently at 20%. If you are a business inside of the EU, you may be able to claim back this VAT from your local tax office - please check with them for details. We are unable to remove VAT from our online order process.


The following products are Non-returnable

Special Order Items
All items ordered in specially, such as those sourced outside our usual stock range, are non-returnable. If you do purchase a 'special order' item you will be informed by email when we process your order.

Clearance Bargains
Clearance bargains are end of line stock and are very competitively priced to clear therefore they are non-returnable and non-refundable.

All other returnable items

If you find the goods unsuitable or you are not totally satisfied, providing you notify us within 8 working days from receipt of the goods and return to us unsoiled, unused and in the original packaging you will be entitled to an exchange or refund less delivery costs. You will be required to arrange and pay for the return, they should be well packed, clearly labeled and sent back to:

It is your responsibility to obtain proof of postage as should a returned parcel become damaged or lost we do not compensate. You will be responsible for the cost of returning cancelled or unwanted goods.
